  I lived in Sedona for a spell....never found any hidden swimming holes but had my eye out for them all the time. Not to say there AREN'T any, I just never found one.
  There is that hot springs place way out yander towards Cave Creek....it's small. It's near a river. I was there and I was naked but it could turn into a family type spot on the weekend. I was there on a weekday and it was mellow as hell. Oh, and a 4 x 4 is really the way to get in and out of there.

    Any surface water in this state was found a long time ago.

  I was born and raised in sedona and hidden swiming holes do exist but thay are few and far appart. I cant bring my self to post most of them on a public blog just on princaple but one good one is the bevers crack. Its on bever creek and a few mile hike in wich keeps a lot of traffic out, but on a week end or holladay ur still likly to run into a good amount of peopel. Even still the crack is probly the greatest swimming hole i have ever been to. Have fun!
